Holding Corals
All orders will be shipped out the next available shipping day. We are not be able to hold any orders. We are sorry for this inconvenience but we are limited on space, and because our corals are first come first serve it will make things fair for everyone. If for any reason you are not ready to receive your shipment we recommend holding off on your order until you are ready.
Order Problems
Due to the nature of selling live animals, sometimes problems with your order may occur e.g. double sold items, corals not looking well enough for shipping, changes in color/size since pictures were taken.
If any problems arise with your order, we will attempt to contact you via phone or email first before we make any changes. If we are unable to contact you, we will send a comparable coral instead or issue a refund for the problem coral.
Our system is set up to minimize these order problems as much as possible, but sometimes they do occur. Please make sure to provide a contact phone number which you can be easily reached incase something comes up.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at anytime unless it has already been shipped. Typically we ship out our orders by 12:00pm PST everyday. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please use our contact us with your name and order information ASAP.
Store Credit/Refunds
We will issue store credit in the form of a coupon that will expire in 30 days. It is up to you to use your store credit before it expires. Store credit can only be used on this website, it is not available to use for our Ebay auctions.
Coupons
Our shopping cart system only allows the use of one coupon per checkout. If you are trying to use a coupon and your store credit at the same time please contact us and we will work it out. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Ebay
Since we also sell corals on Ebay, your coral purchases from Ebay and our website can be combined for shipment. Whenever you are combining corals you will have to pay for shipping for the "Ebay corals" using the Ebay shipping rate schedule. The "website corals" will then ship for free. Please see any of our auction pages for those shipping rates.
