Live Arrival Guarantee (Please read before purchase)
Here at Aquatic Collection, we guarantee that your items will arrive alive and healthy. However, in the rare event that your livestock dies during shipping, we require you to adhere to the following procedure in order for the guarantee to apply:
1. Accept the package on the first attempt. If you are not home to accept the package, the shipping company may put the package back on the vehicle and try to redeliver at a later time, resulting in an increased shipping time and therefore more stress to your livestock. Please make time to be available to accept the package and acclimate the items immediately to ensure the optimal health of your livestock. The package will not require a signature.
2. If the livestock appears to be dead, contact us within 2 hours of the delivery time stamp and provide multiple clear photos of the item. Do not throw away anything until further instructions are given. Livestock may appear dead but in reality is simply stressed/lethargic from shipping.
Failure to follow the above guidelines will void our guarantee.
If determined that livestock in your order was dead on arrival, you will either be offered store credit for the deceased livestock to be used on a future order or a replacement of the livestock. In either case, we are not responsible for the shipping cost. If you wish to have your livestock replaced, you are able to add more items from our store at no additional shipping charge.
Note: We are not responsible for weather delays or any mechanical failures from the delivery carrier. If you are having adverse weather at your location, we can work with you to hold your order until it is safe.
