Shipping Date Selection

Before checking out on the shopping cart page you must select a delivery date which is just above the "checkout" button on the shopping cart page. The earliest possible delivery date will be pre selected and you can choose to change the date up to 7 days later. 

Same day shipping is available if you order before 12pm PST. We will try our best to ship these same day orders and if we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you.

Shipping

Your livestock items will ship via FedEx Next Day Air, which delivers to most areas by 10:30 a.m. Your items will be properly packed with oxygen if needed, insulation, and heat or cold packs depending on the weather.

Livestock shipping costs $79.99 for orders less than $99, $49.99 for orders between $99 and $299.98, and orders equal to or over $299.99 qualify for free shipping.

Dry goods (aquarium supplies and hardware) orders equal to or over $99.99 qualify for free shipping. Orders less than $99.99 incur a shipping cost of $19.99.

Dry goods and livestock orders are shipped and billed separately. Each category must meet its minimum order value separately to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs will be combined automatically at checkout.

Shipping is available Monday through Thursday to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally.
