Reef Safe with Caution

The Argi Angel, also known as the Cherubfish, is a small yet vibrant marine fish, boasting a deep blue body with striking yellow highlights around its face and fins. This dwarf angelfish is a popular choice for reef aquariums due to its stunning coloration and relatively hardy nature. However, it is considered reef safe with caution, as it may nip at soft corals and small invertebrates, particularly if underfed. Providing ample live rock for grazing and hiding can help minimize this behavior. The Argi Angel is a lively and active swimmer, best suited for tanks with plenty of hiding spots and a stable environment, making it an attractive and manageable addition for moderately experienced aquarists.
