The Blue Knuckle Hermit Crab has a distinct coloration because of its blue knuckles and orange antennae. It lives in abandoned snail or triton shells and may also eat a snail to use the shell. However, it usually eats algae and is reef-safe. If there is an insufficient amount of algae, it should be fed dried seaweed.
