The False Personifer Angelfish, also known as Meredith's Angelfish, is a captivating marine fish admired for its unique and striking appearance. The body is predominantly dark brown to black, with a contrasting pale to white face, giving it a dramatic, masked appearance. The most distinctive feature is its bright yellow tail, which stands out sharply against the darker body. This eye-catching coloration and pattern make the False Personifer Angelfish a standout addition to marine aquariums. Although generally hardy, it is considered reef safe with caution, as it may occasionally nip at soft corals and small invertebrates if not adequately fed. To reduce such behavior, provide a varied diet rich in algae and offer plenty of live rock for grazing and hiding. The False Personifer Angelfish thrives in tanks with ample hiding spots and a stable environment, making it a beautiful and manageable choice for experienced aquarists.
