However, it may exhibit territorial behavior, especially in smaller tanks or when kept with other damsels. To minimize aggression, provide ample hiding spots and territories. This damsel thrives in well-established aquariums with stable water conditions and plenty of swimming space, making it a suitable choice for aquarists with moderate experience.
