This unique cowfish is generally peaceful but can be sensitive to changes in water quality. While it is considered reef safe with caution, it should be monitored as it may occasionally nip at corals and invertebrates or exhibit stress-related behaviors. The Long Horn Cowfish thrives in well-established aquariums with ample swimming space and hiding spots, making it a fascinating and eye-catching addition to larger marine tanks.
