The Phantom Angelfish is an exceptionally rare and visually captivating marine species prized by advanced aquarists. Its body is cloaked in a deep, velvety black, contrasted by striking yellow highlights on the rear of the dorsal and tail fins. The face often carries a soft grey or yellow tone, accented with faint blue striping that blends seamlessly into its dark body. Mysterious in both appearance and origin, this angelfish adds an exotic presence to any saltwater setup. Due to their rarity and specific care needs, they thrive best in a Fish-Only-With-Live-Rock (FOWLR) aquarium with ample swimming space and should be housed alongside peaceful tank mates of similar size. Their unique beauty and elusive nature make them a prized addition for experienced marine hobbyists.
