Known for its shy nature, this small fish tends to dwell in rocky crevices and caves, making it an ideal addition to reef aquariums with plenty of hiding spots. It is generally considered reef safe, posing no threat to corals or invertebrates. The Rainbow Basslet thrives in well-established aquariums and brings a striking splash of color to small to medium-sized reef tanks.
