The Scissortail Goby, is a graceful species with a white head, blue body, and prominent fins. Best suited for aquariums of 30 gallons or more, it thrives with sandy bottoms, coral rubble, and open swimming space. A secure lid is essential as it may jump. Generally peaceful but territorial toward its own kind, it does best alone or as a bonded pair. Its diet should include a mix of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood.
