The Zebra Barred Dartfish is a slender, light-green fish accented with thin vertical orange stripes. It thrives in tanks of 30 gallons or more with sandy bottoms, coral, and plants for shelter and open space for swimming. These fish do best in pairs or small groups introduced together. Their diet should consist of meaty foods such as brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and finely chopped seafood.
